Week 14

Jacob's Tailgate

Jacob pulled out all the stops to give his family — who traveled all the way to Chicago for the game — the best tailgate experience. With carne asada, a full taco bar and a prime view of the stadium, Jacob — who grew up in the city— had a proper family reunion and celebration before their hometown team took the field in San Francisco.

“I’m born and raised from Chicago, but I live here in Cali, now. So, I represent, all day. All my family flew in from Chicago — got to show them a good time.”

“I brought everything in for the tailgate today. I make everybody happy, right? Got to make your family happy.”

Week 14

Kelli & James' Tailgate

Kelli and her husband, James, are both native Californians and die-hard Bears fans who hosted their first-ever tailgate outside Levi’s Stadium for the Bears-49ers matchup. James developed a love for the Bears at 5 years old after meeting his buddy who was from Chicago. He eventually instilled that fandom in Kelli, who brought the good vibes to their tailgate with karaoke, a Bear suit and classic Cali energy.

“My husband grew up as a Bears fan from the time he was 5, because his friends migrated from Chicago to California. We’ve been together 23 years, so I’ve been a Bears fan for 23 years.” – Kelli

“There are tons of Bears fans here. There’s lots of Bears fans in Cali — we belong to a ‘Bears Fans of California.’ So there’s a big group, actually. There’s a bunch in LA.” - Kelli
